It never fails...my wife and I go out to eat and our entire experience is ruined by kids who don't know how to behave. It's gotten so bad lately, that before we are seated, we ask NOT to be seated near any children...and we know we're not along in feeling that way. Why is this happening? After 30+ years of working with children, I'm offering my expert opinion on why this is such a problem now.
